    Has anyone else discovered how painless the process is for upgrading to a Pixel 8 Pro from a Pixel 6 Pro?
    Is anyone else tickled pink that their phone is again crack-free and so (IPX8) waterproof? 😃
    (In case you're unfamiliar with the IPX8 rating, doesn't it mean the phone can be submerged in water up to 1.5 meters deep for up to 30 minutes?)

    What if you see a mermaid, or Atlantis, or snorkeling aliens... wouldn't you want to have the confidence of knowing you could video it? Will you go dunk your phone to find out and then let us know?

    Since the answer to whether my phone is waterproof is probably no and since I don't want to fork out money for a replacement phone, won't I have to decline the suggestion to dunk it to find out?

    Having killed prior phones twice by stepping unwittingly into a spa with the phone in my pocket?
    While I've learned that lesson, isn't it reassuring to me that my new phone is protected against such stupidity, plus worry-free in rainy weather?
    I've read about themed Cruises, some focused on music, some on comedians, some on programming? Perhaps @nossmf could, after becoming rich and famous, charter a Cruise ship for all of us? Who'd like to take a cruise in the Caribbean, or a cruise down the Rhine?

    If we're taking a cruise based upon my underwear modeling success, is it fair of me to insist all attendees be equally adorned? Isn't that a way to guarantee no kids want to tag along?
