    Isn't my new goal weighing 220 by the end of January, but aren't I now focusing more on maintenance and muscle growth, so really I'm just aiming to stay under 230?

    Do you know I agree that bacon is better than sausage, provided it's crispy? 😋
    And didn't I discover a while back that the best way to get crispy bacon is in the oven? :)
    So don't I now have a pan with a wire rack that is perfect for "baking" bacon? 😂
    (So why didn't I get bacon last night, so I could have some this morning?) 🤔
