Ive been using MFP on and off for awhile now, but have never posted. I have once again started on a path to becoming fit. I think with a little motivation I WILL stay on path.
This time around I am trying to reduce my carb/sugar intake, and not just watch my calories.
Started on Tuesday and am down 6-1/2 pounds.
I know this is probably mostly water,...but hey, Im excited to see if it keeps going like this.
