Need to GAIN WEIGHT

so I'm fairly new to MFP ( As of today) and my main reason for coming is to gain muscle mass. I'm a young female around 114 and would like to be back to 120s. Over time I stopped eating and messed up my eating habit resulting in me losing weight. I would like to gain the weight and stay in shape so I do plan on working out. Any advice on protein shakes, meal plans , and exercises to get me familiar with all this would be helpful.
