Hey. I am totally new to mfp. I spent most of my life being naturally small. Not sure what happened but I just packed on the pounds. Now I am 5'4 and 145 pounds. I woukd like to bust my butt and lose 10 pounds by July 4th when I have my family reunion. My husband has returned to the gym this past few months and looks amazing. I feel so frumpy next to him. He always offers to work out with me but I feel so rolly polly that i am to embarrassed to workout with him. I am what some people would call skinny/fat. I might be a smaller clothes size but i am all rolls and no muscle. I am ready to get in shape. Hoping mfp can help me. I know nothing about how much protein/ carbs etc I should be eating and when. And I have no idea how to figure out my macros. But I am looking for a place to start. :)

Here's to 10 pounds in one month PLUS a lifetime of more confidence.
