Another month has come and gone. Progress is still being made and it feels... wonderful.

When I touch my sides, I feel muscles and not just fat. Yes, still SOME fat, but there are now bones, and muscles. A very different feeling for sure. I'm excited to continue seeing my body change and feel my original goal of 130 should be revised to 125.

Height: 5' 3.75"
HW: 153.2 (in Jan)
Started tracking measurements in Feb though, so..
SW: 146.8 (Feb 28)
CW: 134.6 (May 30)
GW: 130.0 BY JULY

Measurements Feb to May:
Chest: down 3.0"
Waist: down 3.0"
Hips: down 3.75"
Thigh: down 1.5" (from Mar - May)

BMI: 23.3 (from 25.7)

I'm still exercising, but haven't been as strict. I've been jogging 2-4 times a week still. My first 2km run was 23 minutes, and now I'm down to 13 minutes. My dog still enjoys coming with me. Aside from jogging, I bike occasionally, and try and do "30 Day Shred". I used to do this workout daily, but I haven't for a few weeks. I need to get back on to this to tighten up! Perhaps I'll start from day 1, and give it a full go prior to my July 16th departure date.

My Jawbone Up24 broke, so I switched to a FitBit, which I'm enjoying.

I've gone through all my clothes to get rid of the "too big" clothes and pulled out my "skinny clothes". Some of those skinny clothes are a bit baggy now as well. The bathing suit I put on today for my monthly pics is a bit saggy on the bottoms. It's a size M. I may have to pick up a S before my trip next month.

I'm going away for almost two weeks in June for a work training. I'm a bit worried about eating out every day, 3 meals a day for 10 days. I hope I'm smart about it but breakfast and lunch will be provided, meaning I won't have a choice. The hotel has a 24 hour gym though, so I hope to hit in in the morning to jog, and in the evening for circuit training like the 30 day shred. I think if I work out twice a day, eating a bit worse, will at least help me maintain instead of gain. I'll have to work to keep my water intake up as well. I hope I don't ruin all my hard work...

On to this month's photos! I don't really see a HUGE different from last month's photos, but I am almost 6 lbs less this time around and only 4 lbs from my original goal!!
