Nutrition facts for this stake?

How do I get the right nutrition facts for this cut of steak I have. The package says "beef outside round steak cut from Canadian AA or higher" it has some fat around it that I plan on cutting off.

    If I were to go with the actual title thread.................I would have said there was lots of fiber involved.


    Look up round steak and estimate how much fat you leave on it after weighing it. All things like this are going to be estimates anyway.
