i haven't eaten much today at all and was just wondering is it ok to make up for it this evening by eating more

Why is what? It's the number of calories that count, not when you eat them.0 -

Why is what? It's the number of calories that count, not when you eat them.
Oh so as long as I eat what I need il b ok I taught that you shudnt eat to late as it makes you gain loads of weight Esp before bed0 -
People preach rubbish. Meal timing makes very little, if any difference. Eat when you want! Some days I eat progressively through the day, some days I eat most of my calories before like 2pm, some days I don't eat until after 6pm, all makes 0 difference!0

The only reason that eating before bed is bad, is that it may cause heartburn. I have a lot of acid reflux, and if I eat close to when I go to bed, I 100% suffer for it. But in terms of it being bad because you'll gain tons of weight that way : not true. Weightgain is simple : calories in vs calories out (same as weightloss, really ).0

As said, it doesn't really matter when, just all preference. Some people sleep better with an emptier stomach, some don't.0 -
