Does your doctor have a plan? Do you have a referral to a PT?

Hi Mirrim52, I've got to do pelvic floor exercises five times a day, until next app on 15/6. I've just ordered a yoga dvd so I'm doing something.

Make sure you pee right before you do 30DS. Also try kegel exercises.

Take it from a Physical Therapist specialising in Women's Health, go see a PT who specializes in Women's Health. Unless you've been fully evaluated (including internally, fyi) and have been properly diagnosed, "pelvic floor exercises" can actually make things worse (if, for example, your problem is overly tight muscles instead of weak muscles the symptoms will still be leaking but tightening the pelvic floor will exacerbate the problem). Also, 40% of women don't properly contract the pelvic floor even with verbal cues.
