10k run

I'm 6'0 ft tall, 24 years of age, a male, an weigh about 170 pounds. I run the 10k 6 days a week. Would should my recommended activity level be and how many calories should i intake to maintain my weight?

    Put your stats into MFP and it'll tell you how much to eat...

    Your running is exercise and not part of your activity setting.
    Activity setting is your job/lifestyle.
