Congrats. I lost 3 just by logging food. I went over cals 4 times this week too. Makes me wonder how many calories I was actually consuming.0

Omg I know I had found out about this mfp through a friend and it is awesome and I've lost my weight by logging and walking through out the day so no exercise here0
