Looking for motivational friends

Hey everyone, I just joined my fitness pal yesterday and I really need more motivation to reach my goal. I'm trying to lose around 40 lbs but it has always been a struggle to lose weight. My weight fluctuates all the time and I am trying to lose and maintain my weight when I'm at my goal. If anyone wants to add me that'll be great, we can encourage one another

Hi Steph, I just joined too. I lost 40 pounds last year and now need to increase muscle tone and overall strength and fitness and get back into daily exercise habit that I got away from after an ice skating fall last November. I just clocked a 2.0 mile walking loop in my neighborhood that has a little hill to it and plan to start that today.

I sent a friend request. I'm 43, doing some weight loss again after minor re-gain. Also demonstrating MFP to a nutrition class!

Hi Diana that's so awesome that you were able to lose 40 lbs!! Sorry about the ice skating fall, must of been tough, but that's good that you are trying to increase muscle tone, you can do it!
