Today's Cravings are NOT going to win ! I AM !

Mentally STARVIN' MARVIN today - Breakfast did NOT satisfy, AM snack helped. Being at work is not helping, I work at a Bed & Breakfast and am staring at three kinds of scones, the cinnamon chip ones are fantastic, Lemon Poppyseed Coffee Cake, Cranberry Orange muffins (delightful), Healthy Harvest Muffins (Nothing healthy tasted this good) and banana nut muffins. And I just broke aHUGE craisin and white chocolate chunk cookie - help me...

I have already logged my piece of chocolate as a reward for making it through this day without caving in to any of this calorie laden sugar and fat-filled delightful crap !

MIND OVER MATTER ! MIND OVER MATTER !

This is really my first craving since I started May 16 and this will be a personal success if I can keep my head in the game...

You can absolutely conquer those cravings!!!

I fought myself all the way to work wanting Starbuck's coffee & scone, and ultimately gave in, and now am guilt ridden and hating myself!

I let myself down, and it will ruin my whole day...don't let the same happen to you! You will feel awesome tonight after not giving in, and that chocolate will taste so much better!!

I had huge cravings for chocolate today so I bought myself a HUGE one, like 1k cals. I put it in a fridge and still haven't eaten it yet. I hear it trying to break out of fridge and screaming for help. "Ainar! Ate me! Come get me and ate me! Plzzzzzz! I'm so delicious!"

But I will not give up, I will torture it. I let it suffer there in a fridge for a while. Lonely, crying and screaming for help! And tomorrow early at morning, while it still sleeps, I will attack it and ate it!

I'm losing my mind. Sweets are like drugs. But ya know, discipline is like a muscle, we can train it up. It's like a workout at gym, it hurts at first but after few weeks it's easier and not hurts that bad anymore. We will train it up, we just have to keep pushing. It's a mental workout!

I remember a few months ago that chocolate would jump out if fridge, punch me in a face, maybe a few kicks in a ribs, or between balls, and then while I lie on a floor beaten up and helpless, it would stuck itself in my mouth like a 200 pound inmate. Not the case now tho!

    Just keep pushing!

You can do it. I'm craving a pecan brownie, but I promised myself I would only have sweet treats on payday Friday/Saturday. I have another 1.5 weeks to go. I feel like I accomplished something and I didn't let myself down. Next week, that treat is gonna be that much better because I'll feel I earned it.

Thank you all - just had to let you know I WON !

This is a big mind over matter battle I've had for years. This proves to me that I want this.
