asalamoalaikum. my intro and a request

My name is mahi. I m a medical student.*4th yr mbbs. And i want to lose almost 20 kg weight to be fit for my height n age. Plus i am expecting my engagement soon so i have to make it little fast.. as i cant cook special dishes for myslf bcz of some reasons regarding study n i cant find enough time to go to gym i have started my 1000 calories diet based on my normal meals(indian-pakistani) .and also one hour walk from my daily routine..things r going slow....i really need some help and guideline applicable to my routine so i can lose atleast 15-20kg in 3 months... need help .

    Salam...you need to up your protein and limit your roti, naan and chaval. Carb cutting is a must if you want to lose weight. Stick with grilled chicken breast and seekh kabobs etc etc

    Desi food in general has a lot of ghee and/or oil so try to eat more like a "body builder" which you can find online from bodybuilding.com
