I am back on fitness pal and super serious this time around. I am the typical yoyo, lose 30 and gain it back - horrible cycle. I have a tendency to be really motivated for 2 weeks then I lose the motivation. I am really hoping to make a permanent change this time around. Anyone out there willing to keep me motivated feel free to friend me.
