About me: After university, I joined daily burn lost 30lbs and then stopped. I've maintained that loss, but that loss was also a gain since highschool/university etc., hence it was needed. I am athletic, it is just a matter of finding that in me again. I played rugby and engaged in martial arts.
Present day: I am reevaluating and starting again. Last week I started the SHRED diet, a diet that has me eating four small meals a day with two to three snacks in between. Alongside dieting, I am at the gym five days a week, predominately cardio, but I've added in weights this week.
Hoping to lose weight, but really measuring via my total body fat percentage, and measurements.
Doing this for the long term health benefits, exercising feels good and to take control.
