Just starting out with along way to go!

I am almost 25 years old and am way overweight! I am trying to lose over 100 lbs. My problem areas are my stomach, thighs and upper arms. If anyone has any little weightloss tips/suggestions on foods or workouts for that would help, please pass along.

    Welcome to the journey of a healthy lifestyle! It's not all fun but you will enjoy it, I promise :) Start slow so as not to get discouraged. The app helps A LOT but don't obsess so much over numbers, cheat meals are okay every once in a while. What kind of workouts are you looking for/what are you interested in? And what kinds of foods do you like? I can share lots of simple recipes/ideas/substitutes! Feel free to add me & good luck!

    I like to ride my bike(I have a stationary bike and a regular bike) and walk. I mostly do cardio. My work has a small gym as well. I love salads, meats and fruits(not to picky). I just need workouts and foods that will help me slim down not bulk up.
