Hi I am a new joiner and food is my big problem I don't know where to start

    I started with the calorie counting to see how much I was actually eating. I've did that for a month. Now ive got a better idea of what I eat I can look to see what areas I can cut out to reduce the calorie intake. That, along with some exercise is my goal for June. I think small steps are the key to success as it's more about a lifestyle change than a diet. Thats how I'm approaching it. Good luck.
