5 - 2 Diet

Hi Guys,

I'm new to this so here goes.
I've been on the 5-2 diet since the beginning of February this years and have lost 65 lbs (4.5 stone).
So I was just wondering how other people on this diet were doing?
And if they had any tips?

    hi i'm Fran, today i started the 5:2 fasting diet. it's been fine so far. it's 17:30 and i've just eaten for the first time today. i've had two cups of coffee and one of tea throughout the day as well as two large glasses of water. i just had 40gm porridge with water and .5 cup mixed berries with 2 boiled eggs (small) and steamed spinach. i added about a tspn of grapeseed oil to the spinach. i'm just about to have a coffee. hopefully if i feel hungry this evening i'll have cups of tea. i'd love to hear how others on the 5:2 fast are going
