hello everyone... i am Veeka, 33. Apparently that wasn't a good age for me. i want to lose a few pounds before it gets too hard to lose. i also want to try to modify my eating habits for the better.

    Hi Veeka! I'm 47 and my thirty's just ran past me but hey it's never too late. I'm so glad you decided to do this now and would love to be one of your motivation buddies. I just started on a new diet and this is day 4 for me. I'm a newbie too. Please friend me so we can continue our journey together.

    i first got fit when i was 32/33. good for you. a great time to get your body in shape for life. i stayed fit until about 40...the diet [what you eat not 'diet'] becomes so important as you age so get it in check now. good luck.
