I'm Trish mom to 3 teens. After having my 3rd child I got super fit and spent my 30s mostly fit....then 40 hit and I've slowly gotten fat. Finally reversing that at 44 and want to spend the rest of my 40s and beyond FIT. I've lost almost 9 pounds so far [since I was able to finally brave the scale again] and have 10-15 more to go. Need accountability for exercise and diet logs. Mostly through Weight Training. Clean Eating. I'm following Natalie Jill 12 week shred. 4 weeks in. Thanks.

Hey Trish! I'm 36, mom to one teen and one tween. Welcome to MFP, and totally awesome that you caught the weight creep before it got too out of hand. I didn't do something about mine until I was over 200 pounds (I'm 5'4" - looked terrible), but finding MyFitnessPal really helped me drop the weight and keep it off. AND, the awesome folks on here motivated me to start running (which I only kept doing because I love it) which gives me more calories to play with (so I get to eat more cookies - I eat healthy foods, but I really love chips, beer and cookies, so I don't think I could sustain a 'clean' diet).

    Anyway, welcome!

I've no idea how to post the link, sorry, but it's called the "40 something club". It's in groups.
