ISO some lifting motivation and losing fat

Hi!
I'm new to MFP but have been lifting 5-7 times per week for the past 3 years. I started a new job that has brought on added weight due to the sedentary nature of office work and of course the inevitable barrage of celebrations. I need to refocus and would love to meet folks also looking to stay motivated.
Being a girl that lifts, the scale is my foe and the number will always read higher due having more muscle on my frame. So if you're main focus is on body composition and staying strong, and less so on the "number," I'd love to inspire and motivate each other.
My goal is to lose 15lbs and retain muscle. If this sounds familiar, or if you're looking support in your goals feel free to add me!
