Lost 65 pounds so far 30 more to go. I need suggestions to learn to tone my arms and belly up. If anyone lives in johnson city Tennessee and works out at the Planet Fitness please add me would love to have workout buddies. Losing weight has to be the hardest thing I have ever done, but so worth it. I love looking in the mirror in seeing a smaller version of me and much healthier looking the feeling is just awesome. Trust me if I can do it so can you.

    So far HIIT is the changeup my body is responding to on hard cardio days

    It is a kick in the pants when really taken to the 90% of your max heart rate

    Good luck and congrats on taking it this far
