    Hellooo gorgeous. Those abs are incredible. Great job. I'm only on day 3 of insanity and I've gotta tell say, you've earned it. Insanity is killer. Did you follow the nutrition guide or did you do your own thing?

    I did my own thing. On Sundays I gave myself a cheat day where I ate anything, including a pint of ice cream.
