Hello,

I am a 30 year old shift worker who really needs to lose about 100 lb. I have been consistently gaining weight over the last 3 and a half years while fighting off depression. This also means that I have probably deleted my MFP account like 5 times deciding first to go it alone and then just because I was mad, at myself. I am here to stay now and I will be healthier by my friend's wedding in November. The wedding is in Mexico and I really want to be able to go for runs on the beach with her while we are there. I miss running, but due to a back injury I can't run right now, so I need to get more creative.

I love sports like Taekwondo, Soccer, Softball, Skiing, Snowboarding, Biking.....okay most sports! But I am having trouble doing a lot of them right now, I need to change that!

Please add me, I know I need the support and I will try and give support too. I work shift work, so I am on a lot, just maybe not when everyone else is. Hopefully some of you out there think that we could help to motivate each other!
