Good quick recipes? Looking to do this in the morning since I'm a busy gal! Looking for something tasty with low cal?

Protein powder, water, mix, drink.0

Protein / coffee shake:
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup cold coffee (Let sit in fridge overnight)
1 cup almond or cashew milk
handful of ice
2-3 packets of splenda
toss in blender / nutri-bullet

-1 Scoop of protein powder (I use different flavors to mix it up)
-1 cup almond/soy/whatever kind of milk you prefer
-1 banana (peeled then frozen overnight)
-1-2 tbsp flavored nut butter of your choice (or cookie butter if you want). I prefer Justin's Maple Almond butter!
-Ice (start off small and add more as needed so you don't end up overwhelming your blender or making it too icy)
Blend & enjoy!
Sometimes I mix it up and use one cup of iced coffee instead of milk. International delight offers fun flavors such as caramel macchiato iced coffee, and when it blends with my protein powder it gets the consistency of a Wendy's frosty!
Also, I prefer protein powders with xanthan gum since they tend to be thicker. My favorite so far is Quest's Vanilla Milkshake powder, but there are a few others I've enjoyed, such as MusclePharm's Combat powder.0
