Hi guys I am recently recovered from a massive reconstruction of my foot so I am NOT able to go to the gym and wrong and do a lot of cardio I was told no cardio for at least another couple months I am looking for ways I can work out in my house I have some handheld weghts it's the only 5 pounds I am still limited as to what I can do I can't run I can't do cardio I can walk a little bit but I need to lose the weight I gained after my surgery and I'm just looking for some ways exercise but without dpimg. massive cardio hipe this makes sense
