Appreciation

Every day I don't work, I get up before I break my mid day fast and jog to the cemetery and run 4 miles. Some people might think that's morbid I find it to be complete opposite. It gives me great motivation and appreciation to be able to run on the weekends. Be thankful for what's right in front of you. Don't put strongholds up while trying to diet and exercise how you feel you should. Take time to appreciate being able to walk, eat right, work out. Enjoy the time and effort it takes to do those things, because many people will not have that chance tomorrow... Love life live life and be tremendously happy
