protein-packed all-natural smoothies ideas???

So I'm a big fan of fruit smoothies for breakfast, and I like coming up with a bunch of new recipes and such. A frozen banana with berries/another fruit or 2, spices, a dash of milk etc, sometimes a spoonful of PB if it fits with the whole thing. I also usually pair it up with a toast or egg so i don't feel like i'm on a liquid diet (which is sad).
I'm really not fond of protein powders, and I don't add enough milk (it ruins the thickness, since the water in fruit also has a diluating effect) to get enough protein out of it, but I'm trying to up my protein intake lately. So I was wondering, does anyone have (preferably fruit-based but i on't care as long as it tastes good n sweet) smoothie recipes with ingredients/ideas of single ingredients I could add to make my breakfast more fulfilling, ensuring I don't get hungry too early before lunchtime?

thanks!

Oatmeal, ground flax seeds, hemp seeds, coconut, greens - those all bulk up smoothies, though aren't exactly protein-rich, and the smoothie remains sweet. If you add them and it's not sweet enough, you could always add a date for sweetness.

Aside from peanut butter, you could also add silken tofu, if you eat soy.

Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are packed with protein and both pair really well with fruit.
