I haven't been able to wear this size pants in 15 years.. Feels good to actually be able to move n not have to take a breather. I thank God every day for this opportunity to turn my life around.

Very happy for you and hope you continue to see good progress! I came to MFP because it had become such a hard life at my size- nobody gets your best- and in a relatively short time, already am feeling much better. I hope you too are regaining your mobility and joy :)
  • Y don't you try low carb diet. Carbs%:Protein%:Fat% is 15%:35%:50%. Use myfitnesspal app to monitor your calories & micro nutrients intake. Calculate your daily CAlorie Need & plan diet by reducing calorie intake by 300-500calories. Use micro nutrient calculator to get your calories. And hit gym daily for 1:30 BRS & do high intensity workout. Drink 6-7ltrs of water. NO FAST DOOD. NO SUGAR. NO SWEETS. NO MILK. ONLY GREEN VEGGIES & HEALTHY FATS & PROTIN. Best Of Luck
