I have also been trying something new lately, after my workout, I do some fruit....
Wait a couple hours will have my protein and carb meal....maybe ~500 - 700 calories

I haven't looked at the Macros for CLIF bars....

If you ever feel adventurous, give the quest bars a try.
I like the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and the S'mores....
I usually will heat them in a microwave for about 12 seconds, gets them soft...
Macros are good for them...
Good protein, min fat, and good fiber numbers1 -

I will for sure, I'll probably have to start paying more attention to macros as I get closer to goal weight of 1700 -
