@kevinlee1981 Good for you man. You don´t look too much bigger than I was at my biggest. Calorie restriction, eat meat and green veggies, and potatoes on workout days, lift heavy 3x a week and progress (a plan like Stronglifts is great), drink plenty of water and get quality SLEEP. It really is that simple.1

Man, when my trainer told me to drink over 200ozs of water a day, I thought it was impossible, or I would die of drowning. So far though, it has been manageable, even with the frequent bathroom breaks. I am looking forward to get into weight training soon.0 -
