With iPhone and some android phones, yes.
However, with some android devices the camera icon doesn't show up through the app, but if you go to the community from your phone's web browser, it shows up. I have to go through the browser on my LG G3 to be able to add pictures from my phone and to even see pictures that other people posted (for whatever reason pictures do not show up if I access the community from within the app).0 -
