    Amazing start to life in South Prem. (for those who dont know, this is 1 level below the professional leagues in England!) 7-3 win for Henley Hockey over last season's rival Banbury. Woke up feeling tired and sore after an effin' quick game. A nice way to begin. Not sure a 38yr old should be playing this level, especially with hip and knee problems!

    Trying to show off the Beautiful Verse on my back but too blurry to read! Is 1 Corinthians 13:13 plus the names of GOD and my Children and Grandchildren. It's time to add another name but I'm gonna have another Grandbaby #4 in Feb so decided to wait and have them done together. :)

    I was pretty happy when I could see my delts busting through my shirt this morning.
    1.) Not sure why I felt like THAT was the face to make.
    2.) I always tuck the back of my shirt in when I work out because my biggest fear in life is that my buttcrack will show.
