good lighting....it looks as though you wake up with foundation on.
It's just a software post processing camera filter. Samsung phones have "Beauty Face" built in to the camera app, which smooths out faces a bit and looks like foundation. Probably something similar on hers, whatever it is.

I despise "beauty face" and never use it. I am what I am, or am not. Whatevs.
