So this is the lightest I have ever been. 225 lbs.
My heaviest weight was 305 ish. I have another 15 lbs to go before I drop the defecint diet. I can't wait.
I wanna say this was me at my heaviest a few years back but I could be wrong. Be nice, we are all here to be a better us.
As someone who has been down that road.. Very good job brother. I know it's not easy - keep up the awesome work.

Haha Awe!! Lol no I actually just eat whatever I want, about 3500 calories a day.... It's just when I workout, I kill it...3 hrs of workouts, morning, afternoon, evening a day... Arms ( chest and back) only one day, legs only the next, abs the next.. And repeat!0 -

Yeah, you're jacked. It makes sense. I'll get there. For now - caloric deficit all dayyyyyyyyyyyy until the fat is gone!
Then i'll start bulking
3 hours of workouts a day though.. you're nuts.

And about the body fat, I never really worked on it that much, I kinda just ran a couple of nights and I lost like 5% between the two years then this last year I started HIIT instead of cardio and that's when I lost the huge amount of 12% to get where I am now... Cardio makes you lose weight but also takes away muscle to use as energy, but HIIT takes cardio and muscle building together!0 -

Yeah.. I've always wanted to get into sprinting or some sort of HIIT.. but in all honestly.. I hate it unless im playing sports.
