So this is the lightest I have ever been. 225 lbs.
My heaviest weight was 305 ish. I have another 15 lbs to go before I drop the defecint diet. I can't wait.
I wanna say this was me at my heaviest a few years back but I could be wrong. Be nice, we are all here to be a better us.

The last time I saw my year old bro, Magnus, he had just had surgery to remove a mass in his colon and his prognosis wasn't good. He had lost over 20 lbs and had a rare fungal infection. He's gained most of his weight back and seems to be doing much better! Still on experimental antifungal meds and the doctors say if he doesn't get sick again within 6 months, he should be okay! Happy and thankful!
