Hello everyone. I have been a member for a while but am just getting into the swing of the app now. After two pregnancies and and two miscarriages in the past 4 years I think I should try look after myself a wee bit. Esp now I have a 4 and a 2 yo. I am 1.5 St heavier than I used to be. Have no motivation. Hubby very bad with depression and it can be difficult to get time to exercise so I think food is a good place to start. I just do not understand what I am eating and the calories they contain. Some of my entries have been a real eye opener. I hope you will allow me to befriend and take encouragement from how well ye are all doing. Thanks x
