"Enabling negative adjustments"

Trying to set this feature but check box does not appear on page..........To permit negative adjustments, log in to the full MyFitnessPal site at www.MyFitnessPal.com and click the main "Settings" tab, then "Diary Settings." Check the box for "Enable Negative Adjustments" then click "Save Changes.”
Any suggestions how to set this feature? I get data from a Microsoft Band.

That is pretty much how it's done.

Log into the website...settings diary settings at the bottom there is a check box.

The best thing to do is open a Case with Customer Support so they can work with you directly to figure this out.

A quick browse of the Help pages indicates that Microsoft Band and Microsoft Health can cause weird things to happen regarding the negative calories adjustments.

I don't even see the option to enable Negative Adjustments. I had it for the last 5 days on the website. Now it's gone. Anyone else having this issue. This seems more like an issue with the website than an individual account issue. I find it odd that my iPhone would CAUSE an option on the Fitbit website to vanish. Any advice would be appreciated. And yes I am going to the correct page to enable this setting. Thanks

You'll only see the negative calorie adjustment option if you have an activity tracker connected to your account: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings

Verify your accounts are connected at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/fitbit
