planned in my food and exercise for the week. I don't know about anyone else, if I don't plan effectively it just doesn't happen. Busy work life and lack of motivation when I get home is resulting in me neglecting what I need and want to do....this is the start that I need. Time to get myself in shape.

Also helps to have pre-made freezer stuff ready. Just double whatever you are making and throw it in the freezer. A lot of people fail because they don't have healthy ready if the plan doesn't work out a certain day.

Good luck! I have to do the same thing as far as my meals go. I pack my lunch and a snack for work every single day!0
