    Thank you so much!! My coworker and I are starting tomorrow. We are getting up at 6am to workout. And I prepped all of my food today for the next 3 days. Any tips or advice?

    Start off somewhat slow in overhauling your meals. And you do not have to give up everything sweet, just have things in moderation!

    Hey just remember weight loss is 70% diet and only 30% exercise. So make sure u have a balanced diet. Rich in protein and whole foods. Use only complex carbs and try to minimize refined sugars as their caloric content is high but of low nutritional value. In summary calories in< calories out. Ie create a calorie deficit. Good luck.

    Thank you Michaeltaylor047. I have to remember that it's 70% diet. I'm just not too sure about what is a bad carb or good carb.
