Back again :)

Overs year ago I lost more than 20 pounds with the help of myfitnesspal. When I reached my goal - I stopped using it. Boy was that a mistake! Slowly it creeped back on and one day I woke up. I mean I REALLY woke. I haven't had fast food, very little processed food and have been tracking all my food for the last two weeks!

I feel great and in four months I'll be on a beach so I hope to get back to where I was by then and never look back!!

I would love some motivation buddies so feel free to shoot me a request. I am not looking to join beach body, herbalife or any other program. I don't want this to be a "program" that I am doing but a sustainable life choice. :)
