Bingo wings and muffin top exercises?

My main focus is my arms and stomach, both of which are flabby. Anyone recommend any good exercises to sort this out?

    Push ups.

    Cardio + a variety of core exercises and weights.

    You can't spot reduce. To lose fat, eat at a deficit, it will come off where it comes off. But you can maintain muscle mass as you lose, which will help your arms and mid section look better once you hit goal. Compound lifts or body weight programs can help you achieve that.

    Tricep extensions. Push ups. Oblique workouts.

    Cardio, pushups, and planks. Along with the caloric deficit needed to lose excess fat.
