Hello! Just finished my first day. Advice, suggestions, support appreciated.

    Sure; just make sure you are eating enough (if you're female don't fall below 1200 per day); a guy??--depends on how much you work out. Make sure you are lifting weights and doing a moderate amount of cardio (don't over do as you will negate your muscle gains.

    Thanks. Question on the weight....Lighter weights and more reps or the opposite?

    To get lean muscle you want to do lighter weights and more reps.
