Hello!

My name is Lisa and I'm 34. I joined about a week ago and so far am loving the site.

Right now I'm just getting use to the other parts of the site (other than the food and exercise logs which are awesome!). My main problem is consistency and staying focused. Short version of the story, I lost 100 lbs (and have kept it off) a little over 2 years ago but have since yo-yoed and plateaued. Often. I'm starting to get back on track but I still need motiviation and support and encouragement from people who really get this. I mean people who really know, people who have been there, done that, are still struggling. People who reached their goal, people still reaching for that goal, etc.

I have great friends and family and a wonderful boyfriend, but sometimes I just don't feel like they get it. Or sometimes (I'm such a people pleaser) I feel like I am burdening them or talking about things too much. Ya know?

Well, that's it. Hope to make some new friends. I will be your biggest cheerleader and supporter as well :-)
