Hey Everyone I'm new to this site but my name is Chelsea. I'm currently trying to lose 10 pounds...I seemed to put on weight by being lazy and stressed in graduate school and am trying to be healthier. I currently practice yoga and run; however, I was a competitive synchronized swimmer for 15 years so I'm hoping to get back in the water again soon. I love chocolate, traveling and reading in bed. If any one wants to friend me or has any fitness tips that would be awesome! Or if anyone has any healthy dessert recipes I would be super grateful...Like I said I am a complete chocoholic.
