Gluten-free/Seed-free/Nut-free/Pescetarian diet tips?

I know I wrote this same exact topic forever and a year ago but I can't find it for the life of me and am in need of some tips again. I've been a pescetarian-turned-vegan-turned-vegetarian-turned-pescetarian my entire life (except for the times my binge eating disorder was REALLY bad) and am pretty used to that - so I don't really need tips with that. However I am going back to eating gluten free, because I have MDD and some other mental health issues. It was suggested that gluten causes depression so I want to go back to eating gluten-free now that I'm completely off my meds. I also have an allergy to nuts and seeds which is why it's on the list too.
