30 exercise
Track food
Really depressed today. Been exercising 30 minutes 7 days a week since the end of January.....no weight loss.....no inches lost. Don't get what I am doing wrong.

I think I have a clue what JFT stands for...
What you may be doing is eating too much.... Need a food scale and weigh your food... this is key... also only eating part of those 30 minutes of exercise calories back...0 -

OP, if you're not losing weight, you're eating at maintenance. Log as accurately as you can (with a food scale preferably) and eat at a deficit.
