I'm currently on a cut. Monday - Saturday I hit they gym and I weigh myself every morning and my weight is droppin slowly but surely and on Sundays I drop my carbs by atleast 50. Monday morning I get on the scale and my weight goes up 1.5lbs give or take. It's been happening since I started my cut like 4 weeks ago. I hear it's just water weight but does this happen to everyone. I do drink like 1.5-2 gallons a day. Is there anything I can do to not have this happen? My macros are 210p / 310carbs / 55f for now

Yes, things like this happen to everyone. It doesn't matter that it happens, sometimes fluctuations happen with no apparent reason. As you say you're steadily losing weight, and the trend is what matters. Either stop weighing those days like @Liftng4Lis says, or accept that those fluctuations happen and don't worry about them.0

It sounds like you're getting ready to compete? It's normal. It would happen to me just as it happens to you. Once I got back in and sweat like crazy, everything went back to normal. If you're competing, don't worry about it. If you're NOT competing, stop weighing in daily.0
