Hey all!! I’ve been on & off MFP for years but due to a diagnosis of M.E I really need to start taking more care of my diet/lifestyle in order to stay as healthy as possible for my 4 young kids.

Hi, everyone! I’m not new to MFP, but I am new to the Community boards here. I have the most basic question: How do I add friends from the Community? The only options I am seeing are to add them from my current contacts (e.g., Facebook, phonebook, etc.).
